What You’ll Be Doing
  • Identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with leading electrical contractors in line with strategic objectives.

  • Developing and executing business strategies to secure new opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.

  • Managing a healthy pipeline of prospects, collaborating closely with the National Sales Manager to drive conversion and meet revenue targets.

  • Supporting accurate sales forecasting and market insight reporting.

  • Working hand-in-hand with technical and engineering teams to ensure customer needs influence product innovation.

  • Representing the business at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

  • Staying at the forefront of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.

  • Providing input for new product development based on real-world customer feedback.

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions via CRM.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the power/electrical sector.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—to convey technical information clearly.

  • Self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude.

  • Team player who actively supports and collaborates with colleagues.

  • Strong knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and industry challenges.

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically as required.
