About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team, specialising in CCTV products and solutions. In this pivotal role, you will act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with integrators, installers, consultants, distributors, and end users across South London to drive sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote CCTV products and services to systems integrators, installers, consultants, and end users (business partners).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, arranging meetings and preparing tailored presentations.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and developments effectively to business partners.
- Introduce and promote the Key Integrator Partnership Program, engaging selected partners for active participation.
- Deliver product and commercial training sessions to partners.
- Proactively secure system specifications to include company products and solutions.
- Collaborate with distribution partners to meet partner requirements.
- Assist in developing market and vertical strategies for CCTV solutions.
- Support and attend marketing events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Contribute to increasing brand awareness and market share within South London.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, reports, and market intelligence.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys.
- Respond promptly to sales enquiries and manage customer relationships.
Key Attributes & Skills
- Proven experience in the CCTV or security systems industry.
- Strong Sales Background 2-4 Years
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- In-depth understanding of CCTV industry standards, channels, and market sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Positive, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
- Integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all dealings.
