You’ll be responsible for growing revenue, expanding into new sectors, and building strong client partnerships.This role involves both new business generation and developing existing accounts, as well as representing the company at events, meetings, and networking opportunities.Key Responsibilities

• Identify and win new business opportunities across multiple markets
• Develop strategies to diversify into different construction sectors
• Lead business development for the Midlands office
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Represent the company at industry events and social engagements
• Develop proposals, bids, and presentations for potential clients
• Oversee bid management and pre-qualification processes
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Maintain ISO compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

• A proven track record in Business Development in the construction sector.
• Strong track record in sales growth and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Highly organised, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, approachable, and confident in networking environments
• Full UK driving licence
