MacGregor recruitment are specialist recruiters for the window, door & building plastics sector. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Development Manager with experience in the window, door & building plastics sector to develop trade sales across the South Wales & South West England regions.

The company:

A very large national business that supplies a wide range of windows, doors, bi-folds, building plastics and roofing products to trade via a network of trade branches. The business is established & solid.

Business Development Manager - role:

• To build strong relationships with a portfolio of key customers across the region, identifying opportunities to develop sales further
• Identify potential customers, build relationships, quote & negotiate and bring them onboard as a customer
• Once the customer is onboarded with their local trade branch to account manage the relationship
• Sales pipeline management, market research and own lead generation

Business Development Manager - Skills & experience:

• Proven B2B field sales management experience - specifically within the window, door or building plastics sector
• Self motivated, organised & able to generate and develop sales leads and achieve targets
• Excellent people, communication, relationship building and sales skills
• IT confident - comfortable using CRM and quoting software
• Full driving licence and a willingness to travel across the region

The role is offered with a basic circa £45k plus a bonus scheme and car.
