MacGregor Recruitment are specialist recruiters for the fenestration sector. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager with experience in the trade window sector to develop trade sales across the Midlands region.
The company:
A very established & profitably ran window manufacturer and supplier business with a turnover of £25m and over 200 employees that has been supplying the trade window and window trade counter businesses for 50 years, and with a great reputation in the trade window sector.
Business Development Manager role:
- Develop relationships and sales opportunities within the Midlands region (East Midlands, West Midlands to Oxford area)
- To identify potential customers and leads, build relationships, present the products and services and to win high value new customers
- Strong relationship and partnership management with existing customers, working collaboratively
- Sales pipeline management, market research and lead generation
- Preparing and delivering competitive commercial quotes and proposals for clients
Business Development Manager - skills & experience:
- Proven B2B field sales management experience specifically within the fenestration (trade windows) sector is essential
- Self motivated, organised & able to generate and develop sales leads and achieve targets
- Excellent people, communication, relationship building and sales skills
- IT confident - comfortable using CRM and quoting software
- Full driving licence and a willingness to travel across the region
- Right to work within the UK without sponsorship is essential
