About the Role:We are inviting applications and interest from experienced Industrial bias Business Development Manager(s) who work within the Industrial Recruitment sector - In particular within National Accounts.

Note: You MUST have relevant experience to be shortlisted for interview.

There are TWO vacancies - key responsibilities as follows:

• To identify, open doors and bid/tender for new business through positive interaction.
• To build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless end-to-end service.
• To identify opportunities to expand market presence and achieve revenue targets.
• To Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction through tailored solutions.

You must have…

• a proven track record in business development within the recruitment industry, ideally with experience in the industrial sector.
• strong ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term partnerships.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
