Business Development Manager - AdTech / Data Partnerships

With a rich foundation in AI-driven insights and a strong footprint across the streaming and broadcast ecosystem, this business empowers agencies, brands, and platforms to target, plan, and measure campaigns across all screens.

As they continue to expand in Europe, they are looking for a Business Development Manager to own and grow enterprise partnerships across the region. If you're an expert in AdTech sales, data monetisation, or measurement, and thrive in long-cycle, high-value deal environments - this is your chance to make serious commercial impact.

The Role

• Lead strategic sales efforts across EMEA with a focus on enterprise AdTech clients.

• Own the pipeline and close partnerships with DSPs, SSPs, data providers, and measurement platforms.

• Use your consultative sales skills to help clients optimise TV and streaming data across programmatic ecosystems.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, legal, and finance to architect and close complex, multi-year data and analytics deals.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years' experience in enterprise Business Development, ideally in AdTech, data, measurement, or MarTech.

• Proven success selling complex solutions with deal values in the 6-7 figure range.

• Deep understanding of the digital media landscape - especially data-driven advertising and TV streaming.
