Reed in Teesside are currently working with a national leader who provide tailored solutions across diverse sectors who are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Manager to join their growing commercial team, helping them reach that next level. This is a desk-based role, with zero working from home.
- Hours: 08:30 – 17:00, Monday – Friday – Office based – 40 hours p/w

Day-to-day of the role:
- Own and manage a pipeline of key B2B clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Hit and exceed individual monthly sales targets and contribute toward team targets.
- Drive new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Deliver bespoke product and service solutions that match each client’s brand and operational needs.
- Collaborate with internal departments (design, production, logistics) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records through CRM and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Attend client meetings, industry shows, and trade events as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B account management or sales.
- A self-starter with a commercial mindset and results-driven approach.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
- Confident in handling complex accounts and identifying growth opportunities.
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency essential.
- Driven, enthusiastic individual with a proactive mindset, keen to learn and has positive energy!
