Salary per annum £50K - £70K plus commission - hybrid working 2 days a week at London HQ

This leading training organisation is investing in its Professional Development division to support ambitious growth plans and client expansion. Backed by a robust portfolio of blue-chip clients—including 80% of the FTSE 100—the business is strengthening its senior sales team to drive deeper engagement and commercial outcomes. This is a newly created role due to strong performance and a renewed commercial focus for the year ahead.

You’ll be focused on growing wallet share within existing accounts, developing relationships across multiple stakeholders to identify and close new revenue streams. With an emphasis on leadership, soft skills, and sales training solutions, you’ll work consultatively with senior clients across finance, legal, and corporate sectors.

While new business is part of the mix, your primary goal is strategic account expansion—targeting high-value opportunities and delivering tangible impact. Success will be measured by revenue growth, account development, and client retention.

We're looking for someone commercially sharp, with proven experience managing and expanding enterprise-level client relationships. You'll need to be confident navigating complex sales cycles, building trust with senior stakeholders, and unlocking opportunities within large, matrixed organisations. A background in L&D, professional services, or consultative B2B sales would be highly advantageous. This is an ideal move for someone seeking progression toward a sales leadership role.
