They’re now seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and help shape the future of their UK sales function.

As the BDM, you’ll manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close, working with marketing-sourced prospects and self-generated opportunities. You’ll be selling proven outsourced demand generation solutions into senior stakeholders across EMEA and the US.

The role involves strategic targeting, compelling consultative sales conversations, and deal values ranging from £20K to over £200K TCV. Success will be measured on revenue growth, conversion rates, and pipeline development—backed by an ambitious and supportive team.

You’ll need to bring energy, focus, and a track record of B2B sales success, ideally selling marketing or outsourced sales services. You should be comfortable engaging C-level decision-makers, managing complex sales processes, and confidently navigating negotiations to close high-value contracts. Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred, and a commercial, data-driven mindset is essential to succeed in this role.
