Job Overview

As Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving Hour clients revenue growth by securing new business and fostering relationships with high-value clients. This strategic, Hybrid role demands an individual that has proven background in B2B sales, Telesales, SaaS products, IT Sales, sold virtually via Teams?. You will be a key contributor to our clients expansion and success, working collaboratively across teams to exceed ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify, target, and secure high-value opportunities to grow our clients market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed individual and team revenue targets through effective sales strategies.
  • Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
  • Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.

Key Skills & Experience
