Business Development Manager - Addition : Job Details

We are currently recruiting for one of our trusted clients who are looking for a Business Development Manager. Join a trusted workforce management software leader whose cloud-based platform helps global staffing agencies and corporations manage everything from candidate sourcing to payroll.

What You Can Expect

• Work Type - Permanent
• Location - London (2 days required in the office, remainder of the week divided between working from home and client meetings)
• Industry - SAAS Sales
• Salary - £28,000 - £35,000 + OTE commission (£18,000 - £20,000)

Main Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager

• Collaborating closely with new business consultants to foster growth within your client portfolio, cultivating robust customer relationships and bolstering brand reputation.
• Ensuring unparalleled levels of customer service.
• Following up on targeted marketing initiatives and arranging customer meetings for the new business team as necessary.
• Devising and executing daily/weekly strategies to provide precise forecasts.

Experience & Skills Required

• Degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, sales executive roles, recruitment consultancy, or a relevant position within a dynamic sales environment.
• A comprehensive understanding of the sales cycle is essential.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards the role.
• Exhibiting resilience at a high level.
• Possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with emotional intelligence.

Additional requirements include:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Essential experience with CRM systems.
• A commitment to comprehending and achieving set goals.
