Business Development Manager - Conduco Resourcing Ltd : Job Details

Are you a passionate Business Development Manager, ready to join a dynamic and high performing team with a leading, global manufacturing organisation?

Based in West Sussex, the role offers a hybrid working model but my client will also consider a remote working arrangement.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and oversee the business models, scope of work, and terms for service plans, ensuring alignment with Divisional and Customer Centre teams.
• Provide guidance to regional Customer Centre teams on effectively implementing Service Plans using established sales and marketing frameworks.
• Drive innovation in sales processes and strategies, utilizing tools, collateral, and metrics to support sales efforts.
• Promote compelling value propositions of Service Plans to customers, delivering tailored messages focused on value.
• Develop strategies to identify and pursue growth opportunities, providing accurate forecasts and performance metrics across all market segments.
• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective customers and partners.
• Stay informed on customer and competitor insights to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience within a dynamic, B2B business development setting, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Experience in subscription-based service models, value based and partnership sales
• Experience within the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in analytics, with the ability to extract insights, envision broader strategies, and propose innovative business and marketing plans.
• Skilled in building influential relationships and communicating confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Team-oriented with the capacity to thrive autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin is advantageous.
