Business Development Manager 

Basingstoke - Hybrid working 

Salary of c£35,000 plus 5-7% commission (c£75-80K OTE uncapped)

Futures Recruitment Services Ltd are delighted to be recruiting a new Business Development Manager for an idyllic creative agency based in Basingstoke. With a turnover of 4 million this role presents great opportunity and potential for success in a forward-thinking and entrepreneurial company.

• Proven sales track record in a relevant role
• Previous agency experience (2 years minimum)
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management Systems
• Market knowledge
• First-class communication and negotiation skills

• Develop a growth strategy
• Research and identify markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospects
• Maintain a strong grasp on sales forecasts, sales and invoices
• Develop and build long-term relationships with new clients
• Develop entry-level sales staff into valuable salespeople

This role offers a basic salary of £35,000 with up to 7% commission plus other package benefits, a great opportunity to work with a creative team and develop ongoing and sustainable relationships.
