Position Overview: As a Remote Corporate Travel Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the client base within the not-for-profit sector. Leveraging your expertise in sales and travel management solutions, you will identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities, cultivating long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate with our team while maximizing your potential in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and target potential clients within the not-for-profit sector, including NGOs, charitable organizations and foundations,Academic Institutions and Faith based organisations.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, challenges, and industry trends, tailoring solutions to meet specific requirements.
  • Lead presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our travel management solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions using CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 3 years of experience in corporate travel or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of the not-for-profit sector and its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
