Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Solutions Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing strategies to drive business growth in the safety solutions industry with experience selling via Main Contractors, Architects, Specifiers and Local Authorities. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and developing innovative solutions to meet their needs.

Description

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in the safety solutions industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the Construction industry
• Develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on business development activities to senior management.

Profile

• Experience selling safety solutions via Main Contractors, Architects, Specifiers and Local Authorities
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies
• Successfully hitting and exceeding targets and bringing on new business
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Drivers license
