Business Development Manager - Bridging Finance

Our client is a highly successful specialist property finance lender based in London. Continued growth has led to an opening for an experienced Business Development Manager to focus originating bridging finance enquiries with property finance intermediaries across the UK.

With secured funding lines and an appetite to lend, along with a great team of underwriters, this represents a fantastic opportunity.

You will be responsible for on boarding new brokers, as well as nurturing existing relationship to maximise opportunities within unregulated Bridging Finance lending.

Experienced required:

• A minimum of three years’ proven experience as a Business Development Manager within Bridging Finance.
• A background of successful relationship building or client management
• Proactive team player - ability to work on own initiative; solo and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic with the drive to succeed and deliver results

£50 - 75k Basic + Commission + Benefits (Dependent on experience)

£100k+ OTE
