The Role:We’re looking for an ambitious, self-driven Business Development Executive to join our remote team and help expand our reach across the UK and beyond. You’ll play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and closing high-value deals with residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through outbound outreach, networking, and relationship building
Qualify prospects and present tailored energy storage solutions
Guide clients through the full sales cycle—from initial conversation to contract
Collaborate with our technical and operational teams to ensure seamless installation and support
Stay informed on renewable energy trends, competitor activity, and market developments
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in B2C or B2B sales, ideally in energy, technology, or home improvement
Strong communication and consultative selling skills
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and hit targets
Comfortable working in a commission-only environment (uncapped earnings)
Passionate about sustainability and innovation in energy
