As the Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, meeting with prospective clients, and closing deals that deliver real value. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you'll uncover client challenges, present tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.

What You'll Do:

• Generate and convert new business through outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound leads.
• Run consultative sales meetings and solution demos with senior decision-makers.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline, driving opportunities from prospect to close.
• Meet and exceed personal targets while contributing to wider revenue growth.
• Represent the business at industry events and networking forums.

About You

• Proven track record in B2B sales, comfortable managing the full sales cycle.
• Confident communicator able to influence at senior level.
• Driven, resilient, and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
• Experience in SaaS/tech or subscription sales is desirable but not essential.
