We are looking for a business development executive to join an electronics company near Wickford!This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales who is looking for their next challenge! Working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary with the opportunity to earn bonus/commission on top, Holiday is 20 days + bank holidays, an additional Christmas shutdown and an additional day off for your birthday.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients
- Work with warm leads generated via online platforms, quotes, and emails
- Focus on existing business, with additional responsibility for new business development
- Build and grow long-term, effective client relationships
- Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver targeted business development plans
- Upsell and cross-sell services in line with client requirements
- Handle client enquiries, manage files, and update contracts
Key Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, or a similar role
- A proactive, driven approach with the ability to spot and create opportunities
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ambition to progress and grow within the organisation
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
