We are working with a well-established fire & security business in Glasgow that is looking to add a Business Development Executive to their growing team.

The Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth across the fire and security sector. Responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and contacting new business opportunities within commercial and industrial sectors.
- Presenting and promoting fire & security solutions to prospective clients.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers.
- Attending client meetings, preparing proposals, and closing sales opportunities.
- Meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets.
- Conducting market research and providing feedback to support business development strategies.
- Ensuring exceptional after-sales support and customer satisfaction.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven track record in sales / business development, within fire, security, electrical, or related technical industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Valid UK driver’s licence (essential).
Package & Benefits:
- Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 DOE commission/bonus
- Company car provided
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm (early finish!)
