About the RoleAs a Business Development Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting the commercial team and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a dynamic position that involves direct interaction with clients and suppliers, contributing to the company’s continued growth and global reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and confirm customer orders
  • Liaise with commercial, logistics, and quality teams to monitor customer accounts
  • Input purchase orders and respond to customer queries promptly
  • Coordinate quality documentation and sample requests
  • Prepare and send price quotes in collaboration with Product Management
  • Assess and categorise leads from tradeshows and events, ensuring accurate CRM handover
  • Log opportunities and quotes in the CRM system
  • Monitor shipments and maintain high levels of customer service
  • Manage stock levels for key accounts
  • Generate reports for senior management

About You

  • Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus
  • Experience in a commercial, sales support, or analytical role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); Power BI experience is a bonus
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or ERP systems
  • Confident in interpreting data and providing insights
  • Professional, proactive, and results-driven
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
