With a strong reputation and ambitious growth plans, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help expand into new markets and strengthen position.? You’ll be identifying opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and driving revenue across existing and emerging markets. - Driving new business opportunities across existing divisions, new territories, and fresh markets.
- Re-engaging lapsed customers and turning prospects into long-term partners.
- Being the go-to person for incoming enquiries (phone, email, web, social) — always delivering top-class customer service.
- Managing online enquiries, web orders, and cash sales, turning them into genuine opportunities.
- Following up on quotes promptly and effectively to secure business.
- Meeting and exceeding revenue, profit, and activity-based targets.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Conducting customer-led market research and competitor analysis to shape strategy and identify opportunities.
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP systems to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Representing the brand with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
- Contributing ideas to help improve processes, save time, and increase efficiency.
? What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales, account management and/or business development, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong background in customer service within a busy sales office.
- Confident IT skills — especially Excel, MS Office, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and hungry for results.
- Professional, well-presented, and always customer-focused.
