Sheffield – Office Based

Up to £30,000 + Commission (£10,000 OTE)

Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive:

  • Make proactive outbound calls to potential B2B clients, introducing products and services.
  • Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and understand customer needs.
  • Present tailored solutions to generate interest and secure appointments.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective follow-up.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Record all activity accurately within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns and messaging.
  • Share feedback to help improve products and customer engagement.

Requirements of a Business Development Executive:

  • Proven success in telesales, outbound calling, or a similar sales role.
  • Confident, engaging, and persuasive telephone manner.
  • Highly driven, results-oriented, and resilient.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads.
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in B2B sales or a related industry.
  • Understanding of lead generation strategies.
