Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive:
- Make proactive outbound calls to potential B2B clients, introducing products and services.
- Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and understand customer needs.
- Present tailored solutions to generate interest and secure appointments.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective follow-up.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Record all activity accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaigns and messaging.
- Share feedback to help improve products and customer engagement.
Requirements of a Business Development Executive:
- Proven success in telesales, outbound calling, or a similar sales role.
- Confident, engaging, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Highly driven, results-oriented, and resilient.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in B2B sales or a related industry.
- Understanding of lead generation strategies.
