About the Role
- Mixture of account development within existing accounts and new business development.
- Ability to build strong relationships with new and existing stakeholders as well as the ability to then upsell to that contact
- Using a variety of sales techniques including cold calling, social selling, email and marketing campaigns
- Targeting Director Level as well as senior professionals.
- Incredible track-record of progression of new hires into Sales Managers/Team Leader positions
- Maintaining an understanding of all company products and services
About the Candidate
- Minimum of 1 years sales experience
- Must have B2B sales experience and exposure to the full sales cycle
- Incredible communication and motivating behaviours
- Previous track record of good performance with an understanding of key metrics
Salary / Package / Benefits
- £30K Base Salary
- OTE of £15K (Uncapped)
