Business Development Advisor
Location: Brandesburton
Hours: Mon-Fri
Salary: £24.5k + bonus structure
Grafton Recruitment are seeking a driven, confident individual to fulfil the role of Business Development Advisor, for one of our successful, leading clients in the Brandesburton area.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategy for business growth.
- Process and manage leads through the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely updates on interactions and follow-ups.
- Completion of specific campaigns as directed by Management.
- Initiate contact with prospects through calls and email to introduce the business's services and solutions
- Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects to understand their needs and challenges.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, both written and verbal, with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Attend meetings as and when necessary
The perfect Business Development Assistant will have:
- Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities
- Confident, chatty approach with an excellent telephone manner
- GCSE Maths & English
- IT literacy of Microsoft suite of packages including, Word, Outlook, Excel
- Track record or successfully generating leads
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to track sales activities
- Valid Driving Licence and mode of transport
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
