This leadership role ensures that all change initiatives areeffectively planned, prioritised, and embedded, supporting successful deliveryacross the broader S&EO transformation portfolio.We deliver safety, warmth, and comfort tohomes and businesses. Here’s how you will contribute…About theRoleWe are seeking anexperienced and strategic Senior Business Change Manager to lead the design,planning, and execution of business change initiatives that support thesuccessful delivery of key programmes and projects. In this role, you will workclosely with senior stakeholders to ensure people, processes, and systems arealigned to achieve sustainable change and deliver business value.You will play a criticalrole in building change capability, fostering stakeholder engagement, andensuring that change is adopted effectively across the organisationKeyResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead change strategies andplans that align with programme goals, ensuring change initiatives aredelivered effectively and sustainably.Conduct impact assessments to understandthe effects of change on people, processes, and technology.Design and deliver tailored changeinterventions, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans,training, and readiness activities.Build strong relationships with keystakeholders to foster commitment, manage resistance, and ensure alignmentwith business priorities.Provide expert advice and coaching onchange management best practices to project teams and business leaders.Collaborate with project and programmemanagers to integrate change management activities into overall deliveryplans.Track and report on change readiness,adoption, and benefits realisation.Champion a culture of continuousimprovement and change capability across the organisation.What We’reLooking ForExtensive experience in business changemanagement within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Strong knowledge of change managementmethodologies and frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).Excellent stakeholder management,communication, and influencing skills at all levels of the organisation.Proven ability to lead and manage thepeople side of change through large-scale transformation initiatives.Experience working within project andprogramme delivery structures, with an understanding of governance, risk,and planning.Strong analytical and problem-solvingskills.Relevant qualifications in changemanagement or related disciplines (e.g., Prosci Certified ChangePractitioner) are highly desirable.(HighlyDesirable) Experience with highly complex people change  (HighlyDesirable) Experience working in an operational setting within Utilitiessector Not sure youmeet every requirement?Research shows somepeople – particularly women and those from underrepresented backgrounds – mayhesitate to apply unless they meet every criteria.
