Business Change Lead - Secure Network Transformation

A leading defence and technology programme is seeking a Business Change Lead to drive the definition, delivery and coordination of change activities associated with a secure IP network transformation. The role will be focusing on enabling the successful rollout of next generation network technologies across critical infrastructure

Rate - Negotiable - TBC

Duration - 6 Months with the potential of extension

Location - Wiltshire

Clearance - MUST HOLD A DV CLEARANCE

Role Overview

You will lead the development and execution of business change and training work steams aligned to a major technical transformation programme. This includes supporting operational readiness, user adoption and stakeholder engagement across multiple teams

Key Responsibilities

Define and deliver business change work packages aligned to performance, cost and time targets

Develop training and change materials to support the roll out of secure network technologies

Coordinate transition and realisation activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems

Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and change teams to align activities

Support the identification and on boarding of third party contractors for training and change delivery

Contribute to wider programme work streams including solution design, site readiness and transition planning

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Business Change Leadership within secure or technical environments

Strong understanding of training delivery and user adoption strategies

Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross functional collaboration skills

Familiarity with secure network technologies or MOD infrastructure is advantageous

Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities
