Business Change Facilitator - Pubic Sector - Reed : Job Details

My client, the territorial police force responsible for law enforcement and crime prevention within London seek Business Change Facilitators who will run face to face and virtual training for staff to implement the changes to My Performance and Development which have been introduced over the last 12 months. 

The role:

• Activities to deliver the outcomes:
• Work with the lead facilitator to target the audiences and book relevant sessions
• Manage arrangements for the logistics of such sessions
• Follow-up reviews
• Deliver sessions to meet the needs of the business

The successful candidate:

• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent engagement skills
• Confident with the use of technology
• Strong objection handling skills
• Able to train  understand where difficulties are encountered then adjust
• Organisation skills to manage and run sessions
• Comfortable dealing with varying levels within an organisation
• Desirable Criteria:
  • An understanding of organisational performance and development
  • Policing
  • Training experience

Immediate start 

Day rate £250 PAYE / £350 LTD UMB

Hybrid working

3 months with likely extensions

Full time Mon to Fri 35 hours
