We’re at a big turning point at SGN.
The world is changing fast — expectations from customers, communities, regulators and our stakeholders are rising. Technology is moving quicker than ever. We need to catch up and then stay ahead if we want to be the best GDN in the UK. We need to make sure we’re set up for success. We’re already making great progress with a new CEO and Executive Team, a new COO function and we’ve just moved from five to nine regions in our Southern network, creating closer communities for our people. We’ve opened a Business Services Centre, giving everyone easier access to the services they need, and we’ve brought in 550 new vans, with hundreds more on the way.
But this is just the beginning. We’re focusing on three big goals:
We’ve already started work on a five-year programme that will help us achieve our goals, and our journey will continue over the next 3-4 years.
We’re now offering fantastic opportunities for colleagues to help us on this exciting journey.
The Business Change Coordinator supports the successful delivery of change initiatives by supporting change reporting and analysis, engaging with our key stakeholders and supporting our Business Change Manager’s in the delivery of our change initiatives. This role is key to ensuring both the visibility and delivery of change across the COO transformation portfolio.
We deliver safety, warmth, and comfort to homes and businesses. Every role, whether in the office or on the front line, plays a key part in this mission. Here’s how you will contribute…
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Change Coordinator to support the delivery of a suite of change initiatives that drive business transformation. Working within a dynamic change and transformation team, you will play a key role in governance and reporting, maintaining stakeholder visibility, coordinating an aligned approach to our different change activities, supporting communication and engagement plans, and helping to ensure business readiness and smooth adoption of new processes, systems, or behaviours.
This role is ideal for someone keen to build on Change Management experiences and passionate about enabling positive change, with a strong focus on people, process, and communication. We would also look to provide mentoring where needed to build change expertise in supporting on project.
