Working Hours: 9am - 5.30pm

Working pattern: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days from home)

?Business Assurance Manager

This role is responsible for leading a team of Quality Assurance and Outcomes Testing specialists. You'll plan, manage, and report on their work within a regulated environment, supporting team development, improving operational processes, and helping deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Quality Assurance and Outcomes Testing teams.

  • Oversee reviews of business processes, service quality, performance, and compliance.

  • Design and maintain frameworks to support assurance activities in line with regulatory and business needs.

  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of assurance activities and suggest improvements.

  • Develop and support the team through coaching, training, and performance management.

  • Work closely with Training and Competency teams to address business development needs.

  • Present assurance insights and metrics to senior leadership and operational forums.

  • Keep policies and procedures up to date, ensuring proper review and governance.

  • Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistent standards across the assurance function.

  • Support annual assurance planning and risk assessments.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and good customer outcomes.

Experience & Skills Required:
  • Experience in managing or leading a team.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Coaching or training experience.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Experience in Quality Assurance or Outcomes Testing functions.

  • Able to simplify complex information for reporting and presentations.
