We are seeking a Business Architect – Process Engineer to drive transformation initiatives that enhance business performance and create operational capacity. You will work cross-functionally to assess, design, and implement strategic process changes using data-driven insights and industry best practices.

Experience:

• Proven experience in process improvement/mining, business transformation, or change management roles.
• Strong understanding of process diagnostic frameworks and stakeholder engagement techniques.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools
• Excellent communication and project management skills, particularly in complex, matrixed environments.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to drive actionable outcomes.
