Key Responsibilities:

Experience:
- Proven experience in process improvement/mining, business transformation, or change management roles.
- Strong understanding of process diagnostic frameworks and stakeholder engagement techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and process mapping tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills, particularly in complex, matrixed environments.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to drive actionable outcomes.
