Business Analyst with Fluent Cantonese - 12 Month FTC - Prime Personnel : Job Details

An international Bank is seeking a dynamic BA to support strategic projects and daily business operations with a range of responsibilities, to include:

• Collating, analysing, and documenting business requirements
• Collaborating with teams to enhance workflow efficiency
• Assisting in project coordination and implementation
• Creating user guides and training materials
• Developing test cases and conducting UAT for system/process changes
• Providing daily operational and administrative support

Your experience must include:

• Demonstrated relevant experience in retail banking or business analysis within the banking sector, with a preference for online banking, card industry, or digital banking experience
• Proficiency in data analysis
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel, SQL, etc
• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities for effective interaction at all organizational levels
• Fluency in Cantonese is a must-have skill

Please note this role will be working hybrid - 4 days a week in the office and 1 day remotely.
