Job Title: IAM Business AnalystLocation: Radbroke (3 days onsite per week)Salary/Rate: £462 Per Day Inside IR35Start Date: 23/06/2025Job Type: Contract - End date 31st DecemberWe are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) to lead the end-to-end delivery and implementation of IAM/IGA capabilities within a complex enterprise environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with IAM Architects, Product Owners, Engineers, and Senior Stakeholders to capture and validate detailed business and technical requirements.
• Define and document end-to-end IAM solutions and target operating models.
• Analyse current-state IAM processes and identify gaps and improvement areas.
• Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive process flows and documentation.
• Ensure strong alignment with IAM governance frameworks and control ownership.
• Support system integrations, user adoption strategies, and training for Identity Management tools and workflows.
• Act as a key interface between technical teams and the business to ensure IAM solutions meet regulatory and operational needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IAM/IGA projects within financial services or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of IAM governance, compliance controls, and audit requirements.
• Familiarity with leading IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Governance).
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience in process modelling and documentation (e.g., using Visio, Lucidchart, or similar tools).
• Ability to work on-site in Radbroke 3 days a week.
