Business Analyst - process mapping, automation - Investigo : Job Details

A well-known local authority is looking to bring on a Business Analyst on an initial 6 month contract basis to focus on process mapping from front door of resident contact for multiple services, through to how demand is managed and delivered.Key responsibilities will include re-designing everything from automating various transactional services, to how face to face community hubs are designed to deliver value to residents ensuring that complex needs are met.You will have experience in customer services within local government including either social care, housing or revs and benefits to be able to come into the council and "hit the ground running".If you are a Business Analyst with strong process mapping experience and unified front door or channel shift experience with experience of automating processes within a local authority experience, please apply today.Hybrid on site presence required 1-2 times per week in the South of UK - 1 hour approx. to London.
