Our client is a leader in its field, part of a sizeable global organosation with an outstanding track record of growth and internal excellence.As a trusted Business Partner you will be responsible for embedding and leading the implementation of business syetems in through value stream mapping, Kaizen and other tools.You will be engaging with a broad range of internal customers across product management, product development and commercial teams carrying responsibility for implementing process improvements.Potential canddiates should ideally have a science related degrree allied to strong business/commercial experience. Strong inter personal skills are a given given the requirement to commuicate clearly across a range of internal functions whilst being a strong team player.Future personal and career development prospects are excellent, th organisation has a strong culture of promoting from within, and offers class leading rewards packages.Basic salary is anticpipated to be in the £60,000 to £65,000 range plus bonus and benefits.
