Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to join a leading financial institution and work closely with Front Office traders. The successful candidate will bridge business and technology, ensuring trading and risk management systems are delivering effectively for the desk.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Partner directly with Front Office traders to gather requirements and deliver technology solutions.
  • Act as both Business Analyst and Project Manager across the full project lifecycle.
  • Analyse, document, and improve workflows around Order Management Systems (OMS), RFQs, and related trading platforms.
  • Contribute to initiatives within Fixed Income, Credit, Pricing, and Risk.
  • Manage stakeholders across technology, trading, and operations to ensure delivery of high-impact projects.
  • Provide SQL-based analysis and support for reporting, data validation, and system queries.

Key Skills & Experience:

• • Proven experience as a Business Analyst / PM in a trading or Front Office environment.
  • Strong SQL skills for analysis and investigation.
  • Solid understanding of Fixed Income products, with emphasis on Credit, Pricing, and Risk.
  • Experience with Management Systems, OMS, and RFQ workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Financial services experience required (does not need to be in Asset Management specifically).
