Denholm Associates is delighted to partner with our Edinburgh based Professional Services client who are one of Scotland's most respected private client law firms, to find a talented Business Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.Our client delivers bespoke legal, financial, and administrative services to individuals, families, trusts, and private companies. As the firm continues to evolve, they're seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong project and change management experience to drive innovation and process improvement.You will be the solely responsible for business analysis within the organisation and therefore be comfortable working autonomously.Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and translating business requirements from stakeholders
• Mapping and improving workflows and processes
• Managing project lifecycles from planning to post-implementation
• Driving adoption of legal tech solutions
• Leading user testing, training, and change support
• Facilitating stakeholder communications across business and IT

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within professional services or legal sector, other sectors will be considered.
• Strong project/change management skills
• Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder, 3rd party engagement skills
• Confident with platforms like SharePoint and MS Teams
• Ideally candidates will have experience working within the SME market
• An interest in discovering how the business can benefit from AI
