Business Analyst - Sanderson : Job Details

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale transformation programme within the financial services sector. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, work independently, and bring strong problem-solving skills to ensure successful delivery across multiple workstreams.

• Provide assurance and oversight of operational processes, covering both automated systems and manual procedures.

• Analyse how efficient process operations are from one system to another.

• Work across multiple deliveries, supporting programme milestones and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements, ensuring efficient and customer-focused outcomes.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, and customer service to validate requirements and support smooth delivery.

• Proven track record as a Business Analyst, ideally with operational and/or customer service process knowledge.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to map, challenge, and improve processes.

• Able to work independently, providing clarity and assurance across complex operational environments.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working on multiple projects or deliveries simultaneously.

• Background in operations or customer service environments, particularly within insurance or financial services.
