• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping and workflow optimisation.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data visualisations to support decision-making.
• Support project delivery through change management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with business goals.

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is desirable but not essential.
