Are you a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst looking to join a team to support with business growth? This role is crucial in driving business improvements and supporting strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, analyse data and deliver insights that enhance operational efficiency and promote business growth.
Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes and objectives.
- Gather, document and analyse both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping and workflow optimisation.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and data visualisations to support decision-making.
- Support project delivery through change management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date and aligned with business goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Visio, Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience in the healthcare industry is desirable but not essential.
