The company

Oscar Technology is hiring for a growing Banking company who are looking for a Business Analyts to join their team. They are looking for a BA who will play a vital role in their transformation journey.

The role

They are looking for someone who has knowledge of the latest digital technologies and latest software implementation practices. You will need to be skilled at internal stakeholder management and have expertise in requirements definition and gathering.

Required Experience

• Experience with business process improving
• Stakeholder relationship management
• The ability to work autonomously if required.
• At least 4 years experience working as a BA in a banking environment.

The office is based in London, with the requirement to attend two/three days a week and the remainder at home.
