  • Requirements Gathering: Working with stakeholders to understand business and team objectives, processes, and requirements for new initiatives or improving existing systems.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and tactics.
  • Report Generation: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide visibility into business performance.
  • Business Strategy Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that support the development and execution of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Forecasting and Modelling: Utilise statistical techniques and predictive modelling to forecast future trends and outcomes, supporting strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency gains through analysis of workflows and business processes.
  • Documentation: Document business requirements, processes, and outcomes in clear and concise manner for stakeholders and project teams.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with teams such as IT, finance, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment and integration of business objectives.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business and data analytics.

The ideal candidate for this role at Direct365:

  • An experienced Business Analyst, ideally with a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Accurate, organised, and commercially focused.
