Basic Knowledge/background of SAP Logistics Execution and/or Warehousing, Shipping & Transportation (Mandatory)Should have interpersonal and communication skillsSAP certification will have added advantage.Should be flexible to work in shift timings.Experience working in an international environment.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challengesElicit, document, and analyse business requirements, processes, and workflowsTranslate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teamsCollaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needsPropose innovative and practical solutions to address business challengesServe as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teamsCreate detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user storiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycleParticipate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutionsIdentify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancementRecommend process improvements and assist in their implementationAbout the Project / Dynamics: We are moving the AWM (Advanced Wound Management) business from Netherlands to a new location in Poland. Map the processes and do the technical mapping from 'as-is' to 'to-be'.Enterprise Product Stack: SAP
