Essential experience:

• 2+ years' Business Analysis experience (requirement gathering, user journeys, workshop facilitation, etc)
• Solid insurance industry experience with a good understanding of insurance processes / terminology
• Experience of working directly with insurance business stakeholders (underwriting, claims, actuarial, etc)
