Business Analyst, DV Cleared

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail orientated individual to join our team in supporting key programme activities. This role is essential to ensuring that business processes, stakeholder requirements and workforces capabilities are clearly understood and aligned with the strategic direction of the programme

Rate - To be discussed

Duration - 6 Months with potential extension

Location - Wiltshire (Twice a week onsite - expensed)

Clearance - DV

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and document business requirements
• Engage with existing business units to review and update current process maps and activity tracking documentation
• Partner with programme team to map new or revised business processes and conduct comprehensive gap analyses
• Support the Business Change Lead in analysing the current workforce to identify skills gaps and future skills requirements
• Support the Programme Lead in assessing the needs of other stakeholders across the broader programme

Candidate Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in process mapping and gap analysis
• Proven ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience within supporting Change programmes
• Clearance MUST hold an active DV Clearance
