Business Administrative Support

- 3 month FTC - £12.60 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join a public sector organisation within an Administrative Support role. This role is crucial for the effective and efficient management and progression of cases, providing comprehensive administrative support to Advisors and Service Managers.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Monitor case progression and provide updates to relevant parties.
- Handle referrals from courts
- Manage the creation, updating, and closing of cases within ECMS.
- Ensure all relevant documents are saved and organised appropriately.
- Dispatch letters and information packs to service users.
- Follow up on any missing information promptly.
- Perform telephone and reception duties as required.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
- Participate fully in both local and corporate meetings as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within a legal or court setting.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding children protocols and the commitment to safeguarding within the organisation.
- Ability to liaise effectively with court staff and manage case progression.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using ECMS and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for meetings, training events, or site visits.
- Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
