Business Accountant-Construction Company - Form + Build Ltd : Job Details

Introduction

Our growing construction company has been outsourcing our accountancy and bookkeeping. We have reached a turnover of £8 million and It is now time to bring in a full time qualified accountant to oversee and complete the following:

• Quarterly VAT returns
• Payroll
• CIS
• Annual Tax Returns
• Use Quick Books
• Monthly, Quarterly and annual reports.
• Reconcile invoices, payments etc.

Location

Our operation is national with office locations in Manchester and London. The candidate would initially work remotely but ideally should be based in the North West to make face to face meetings with directors and staff simpler. In the future we may open offices in the North West but this will be discussed as and when.

Package

The financial package is negotiable, holidays are 25 days plus bank holidays. All IT equipment will be provided and all costs covered.

Candidate

The correct candidate should have experience of working within or for a construction company. They should be fully ofay with CIS and all aspects of reporting to the HMRC. They should be self motivated and comfortable with working remotely.
