Bus and Coach Sales Administrator

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Milton Keynes

Scania has an exciting opportunity for an organised administrator to join our busy Bus and Coach team on a fixed term contract. You will play an instrumental role in providing support to the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the department. You will have excellent attention to detail and be a proactive team player. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain vehicle stock books.
  • Raise purchase orders.
  • Ensure vehicles are registered to coincide with delivery.
  • Support the maintenance of chassis shipping details.
  • Process damage insurance claims.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, keeping them up to date on vehicle progress.
  • Have regular contact with internal and external finance companies ensuring invoices are correctly processed and payments are received in time.
