An educational consultancy is seeking a Bulgarian-speaking HR Generalist to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a broad role covering all aspects of HR and recruitment within a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration
- Managing recruitment activities from sourcing to selection
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related queries
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation
- Contributing to HR projects and process improvements
Requirements:
- Fluency in Bulgarian (spoken and written) is essential
- Previous experience in HR and recruitment
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practice
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
