Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:* Stock Sustainability: Contribute to the sustainability of our housing stock through detailed appraisals and strategies.* Project Management: Lead and manage bespoke investment and refurbishment projects, focusing on long-term maintenance.* Surveys & Project Appraisal: Conduct high-quality building surveys and deliver detailed project appraisals.* Investment Planning: Support the investment program, ensuring alignment with neighbourhood plans and regulatory standards.* Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, providing expert support to the wider team.What We're Looking For:

Essential Skills:* Strong knowledge of building construction, planning regulations, and leasehold legislation.* Experience in managing bespoke investment programs.* Knowledge of project financial valuation and effective contract management.* Ability to work autonomously and manage relationships with stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:* Previous project management experience.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
